Everglades Outpost
The Everglades Outpost is a 15 1/2 acre condominium and hotel/resort complex on a 32 acre site in Everglades City. This project was designed in conjunction with Q. Grady Minor, P. A. and Turrell & Associates. Richard Thompson was responsible for the Surface Water Management system and permitting with the South Florida Water Management District.

This is a youth home sponsored by Lake Trafford Baptist Church. Located on 630 acres in Hendry County.
Roanoke Place
When construction is complete this will be a ten-unit luxury waterfront condominium complex in Cape Coral.
Tyson Shores
Currently under development, Tyson Shores is a proposed 160 acre residential development in North Cape Coral. This will be gated community with over 100 1/2 acre water front lots.
RHT Engineering is responsible for developing the site plans, Surface Water Management System and permitting with City of Cape Coral and the South Florida Water Management District.
Bonita Village
A planned residential community in Bonita Springs. RHT Engineering designed an underground ex filtration stormwater management system.
39 Preserve
Currently under development, 39 Preserve is a 34 unit single family with 1 acres lots neighborhood. This will be a gated community in North Fort Myers, off of SR 31.

Currently under development, Riveredge Plantation is a 34 unit single family neighborhood with 1/2 and 3/4 acres lots, many along the Caloosahatchee River. This will be a gated community in LaBelle.

Currently under development, Walden Lakes is a 28 unit single family neighborhood with 1 and 2 acre lots. This will be located in Port LaBelle.

1st Environmental Solutions
RHT Engineering regularly designs and completes permitting for the company's environmentally friendly on-site aerobic treatment systems.
Seminole Indian Tribe
RHT Engineering has designed a private access entrance road for ceremonial grounds in Yeehaw Junction, FL. He will also monitor the road and bridge construction for this project.
Church Road Borrow Pit
Church Road Borrow Pit is a 166 acre borrow pit in southwest Hendry County. Richard Thompson provided the Surface Water Management design as well as permitting assistance with South Florida Water Management District and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
Langtree Barrow Pit
Langtree Barrow Pit is an 39 acre barrow pit in Glades County. RHT Engineering was responsible for the complete site design, including the Surface Water Management system and permitting.
Expansion of Goodlad Insurance Agency
This project is in Lehigh Acres. RHT Engineering is handling all site design and permitting for this extension.
Phosphorous Reduction Study for Ranches in the Lake Okeechobee Basin sponsored by the World Wildlife Federation.
Working with Lorus Asmussen, P.E. from Okeechobee, Richard and Lorus completed an extensive analysis of different methods to reduce phosphorous runoff four different ranches in the Okeechobee Basin area.
C & B Farms
C & B Farms has contracted RHT Engineering to design and permit a water recovery and reuse system for their 500+ acre farm in Hendry County.
Lousana Palm Tree Nursery
Lousana Palm Tree Nursery is a 30 acre palm tree nursery. RHT Engineering was responsible for the site design, surface water system and all permitting.
Tello Farms
Tello Farms is an existing 440 acre farm operation in South Lee County. Sub-contracted by Wilson-Miller, Inc., RHT Engineering is evaluating the Surface Water Management System, making recommendations for improvements and permitting the site with the South Florida Water Management District.
